The TSC Fall Regatta will be remembered for a hurricane near miss, warm weather and mostly decent winds. With hurricane Patricia nearby there was some talk on Friday of closing the harbor. Fortunately the large swell did not develop and no closure occurred. On Saturday we sailed the the usual bay course with 10 to 15 knot winds. On Sunday the winds were expected to be lighter. We started with 5-8 knot winds from the southeast which died before clocking around to the west northwest about 8 to 10 knots. The course was shortened and we finished at the Pillar mark.
